Mod Sports & BMW Compact Cup

For 2020 we will be running a fantastic series for Saloon and Sport cars called the Mod Sport Series. Running alongside every Super Lap Scotland event, the Mod Sports will have one qualifying session and two races at each event.

The Mod Sports races will be made up of Mod Sports entries and any Scottish BMW Compact Cup racers who want to compete at Knockhill.

If high performance engines and a lot of self tuning is your thing, then the Mod Sports series is the one for you. The Mod Sports Series offers classes for varying levels of vehicles from space-framed race cars, to kit cars, all the way through to super-modified full-blown race cars.

The second Mod Sports race of each day, will also see some of our SLS competitors compete in the Super Lap Race Series.

Additionally, the Knockhill Motor Sports Club will be offering Formula Ford drivers an opportunity to enjoy some track-time in 2020 with the aptly named Formula Ford Renegade Cup. This series will have a blended format with a mixture of tradional racing at events and also using the SLS format at others. In all, it offers some great seat-time to prefect those ultimate lap times around Knockhill.
